Since she can remember Shwetha has always loved playing with code. Her career began as an android developer and she realised she needed to be a Software Engineer. She now has a bachelor degree and masters degree in computer applications.

The part that I find most rewarding/exciting about my job is…

I enjoy creating and developing apps because every day we get new challenges, opportunities to learn and that’s what keeps me going.

Tell us about your earliest or strongest memories of innovating?

My strongest memory of coding is, when I created my first ever android app, that gave me confidence to do more work in technology.

Whom do you admire or aspire to be like (and why)?

I admire my parents. My mom, because she is the most head-strong person I know. She gives me the best advice and makes me want to be a better person and help others. My dad, for being the most amazing Dad anyone can have. I am grateful to him for everything he does for me and all that he teaches me.

What is something that you couldn’t live without?

My Family.

What has been the most important innovation you have witnessed in your lifetime?

The Internet, there is no doubt that internet has made our life become easier and more convenient in so many ways.

How do you define success?

Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction. Knowing you made the effort to do your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.
